Information for Speakers

ORAL PRESENTATIONS

All contributed oral presentations are slated for 20 minutes (roughly 15 minutes presentation time and 5 minutes question time). Students may be eligible to be considered for the Best Student Oral Presentation. Information on how to apply can be found here. Speakers should ensure to upload their presentation before the start of their session. The aspect ratio of the audiovisual equipment is 16:9 (widescreen), but you can also make your presentation in the standard ratio of 4:3.

All contributed oral presenters should register by the early-bird deadline of 11th April 2025.

POSTERS

The poster session will start on XXX with 3 minutes flash talks. To aid these flash talks, it is requested that a pdf of the poster is sent to cnc25@sciencesconf.org before 16th May 2025. The flash talks will be followed by an open poster session. The recommended poster size is A0 portrait. Posters should not exceed 100 cm in width. All posters are eligible for the Best Poster Presentation. More information about this award is available here.
